This understanding encompasses many areas, such as our client's history, current market position, business objectives, culture and values. These are essential and critical elements, fundamental to a successful executive search.
- Step 2 Upon completion of the job order interview, Delta will forward a confidential Candidate Specification Profile to our client outlining the critical and most important components and specifications of the search. It is the client's responsibility to review, edit and rank each specification in order of importance to assist Delta in better understanding the priorities of the search.
- Step 3 Delta will create a unique and customized search strategy based upon the information received during the job order and candidate profile ranking. Our team of Executive Recruiters will target the industry's most successful relationships, as well as direct recruiting methods, but from the industries' top competition.
- Step 4 Delta will qualify the prospects and eliminate those professionals from the search who do not match the criteria and specification outlined within the search parameters. We will provide our clients with a verbal, in-depth presentation of each qualified construction management professional. If determined you would like to pursue this professional, we will forward their resume, project list and profile.
- Step 5 Delta will coordinate the interview process and follow up with both our client and the professional immediately after each interview. We maintain a disciplined sense of urgency throughout the interview, offer and acceptance stage.
- Step 6 Industry-related reference checks will be provided by Delta, and upon client request, personality, behavioral and background testing can be arranged as well.
- Step 7 Delta will coordinate and present our client's offer to the professional we represent. Upon acceptance of our client's offer, Delta will coach, once again, the professional regarding resignation and counter-offer issues in order to ensure a smooth transition.
- Step 8 Lastly, Delta performs an in-depth post placement follow up strategy, which includes communicating with the candidate and client numerous times prior to the start date throughout the first six months of employment.
