KELLY ALLEN
VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
As one of the most tenured employees at DCP, Kelly has been a Delta Family Member for over a decade. After 10 years in the office, Kelly and her husband relocated to the mountains of Carolina where she works remotely and manages a team of remote recruiters. Prior to living in St. Petersburg, Kelly grew up in the Chicago Suburbs and is a loyal Cubs and Bears fan.
Kelly attended NIU where she played D1 softball and graduated with a Degree in Public Health which she’s never used. She has been in business since graduating. She loves spending time with her friends, family and all animals – her dream is to open an Animal Sanctuary for all animals, but most importantly elderly and special needs animals.
